Privacy policy
This policy explains which data I receive, why they are needed and how long they are kept. People need it, and so do advertising systems: without it, a Google Ads landing is often blocked.
1. Who processes the data

2. What I collect
Only what you send in the request form or in an email:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- the message text and the chosen plan;
- technical facts the server may log itself: date, IP address, browser type — only to stop spam.
I do not ask for special-category data (health, biometrics, political views) and I ask you not to send them.
3. Why
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) (the consent you tick). The purposes are narrow:
- to answer the request;
- to clarify the job and prepare an offer;
- to conclude and perform a contract for a website;
- to keep the correspondence for a reasonable time.
I do not sell lists, I do not pass data to brokers and I do not use them for someone else’s advertising.
4. Where the data go
The request is stored in a protected file on the server that hosts the site and may be sent to my mailbox. The host and the mail provider act as processors in the technical sense. A transfer outside the EEA is not planned. If the mailbox sits with a provider outside the EEA, that is a standard communication tool, not a separate marketing channel.
5. How long I keep it
Correspondence on a request that did not become a job is deleted within 12 months. Documents for a concluded contract are kept for the accounting and tax periods the law requires, usually up to 6 years. On your request I will delete the data earlier if the law does not tell me to keep them.
6. Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also contact the Polish authority UODO or the supervisory authority in your EU country.
7. Children
The services are for adult clients. If you are under 18, do not send a request.
8. Changes
If the policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. The version you see while using the site is the current one.
